Dr Spomenka Borojevic
DipCH, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Borojevic graduated Medicine in 1987 and completed Fellowship in Australia in 2003. She has been providing care in Toowoomba since then. Dr. Borojevic is passionate about all aspects of general practice with an emphasis on family focused care. Dr. Spomenka has a holistic approach to medicine. Her special interests in chronic disease management, weight management, diabetes, COPD, and asthma.

Dr Dulana Pinidiyapathirage
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Dulana Pinidiyapathirage achieved his medical degree in Sri Lanka and has worked in the fields of Surgery, Orthopaedics, Anaesthestics, and Medicine in Sri Lanka. On Arrival in Australia, Dr Pinidiyapathirage worked in Mackay Hospital for 4 years from 2009 to 2013 in emergency medicine, Anaesthetics, Critical Care-ICU and CCU, Paediactrics and Surgery. He completed his fellowship as a GP in Australia and has worked in general practice in the Toowoomba region since 2013. Dr. Pinidiyapathirage is interested in chronic disease management, employment medicals, skin checks, and excision and enjoys minor surgical procedures. In his spare time, Dr. Dulana loves to play cricket and golf.

Dr Damian Coughlan
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Damian Coughlan graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2000. He obtained fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr Coughlan is interested in rural medicine and completed a Diploma of Rural Medicine (Dip Rural Med) and holds a fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP). He often relieves in small country hospitals.
Dr Coughlan demonstrates strong clinical expertise and has the proven ability to assess, investigate, and manage a wide range of conditions as a GP in Toowoomba. He is happy to deal with all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in rural medicine, blood pressure, and lipid control. He undertakes some procedural medicine (but not full skin checks) and provides consultations for Contraception and Flu Vaccination Programs as well.

Dr Rati Singh
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Rati Singh completed her GP training in Toowoomba in 2017. After a brief time away from the region, Dr. Singh has returned to Toowoomba and she is ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS at Bakers Family Medical Centre.
Dr Singh is passionate about health and has a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal care, women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, geriatrics and mental health. She is enthusiastic about health promotion and education.
